I purchased the presets - where are they?
When you purchase your presets, you will get an email from Sellfy as soon as your payment has cleared. Double check your spam filter. Also check to see if payment has cleared. If you payed by e-check - Paypal takes 4-5 business days to process an e-check and sellfy will withold delivery of the link until payment is cleared.

Can I download these presets to my phone?
No - Presets must be installed from a desktop computer. You can sync them to your phone using Lightroom CC with a Creative Cloud Account.

These presets aren't showing up in Lightroom

Do you offer refunds on digital products?
Unfortunately no. These presets are guaranteed to work on the software versions indicated in the product page description.
